“Try to be like the turtle – at ease in your own shell” – Bill Copeland
I went to the New England Aquarium with my husband and in-laws. The Aquarium is my favorite place in Boston. The giant ocean tank at the aquarium amazes me. The ocean tank is four-story tall, 40 feet wide and holds 200,000 gallons of salt water. The tank has hundreds of Caribbean animals, including sea turtles, stingrays, eels, and fishes. The ocean tank was built first, and the aquarium was built around it.

People thought that it could be a decorative piece in the ocean tank. When the feeding time came, the turtle flapped its arm, twitched its tail and moved. It was a sight to see this majestic creature swim away for its evening snack.
Another attraction was the dotted polka stingray. It got irritated of all the attention and swam away. The way it moved reminded me of an alien spaceship (not that I have seen one).
The Penguins looked as though they wanted to retire for the day.
The colorful sea anemones …
If you are in Boston, a trip to the New England Aquarium is a must. See my old post about the Aquarium here.
